At Redi-lift Learning, we’re excited to announce a new collaboration with Momentum.

With Redi-lift Learning and Momentum now working closely together as part of the wider DK Group, we’re able to bring the strengths and expertise of both businesses together to create new opportunities for individuals looking to develop their skills and move into employment.

One of the first exciting initiatives to come from this collaboration is a four-week warehouse and Forklift training programme, delivered in partnership with the job centre.

 

Bringing Two Businesses Together

The acquisition of Momentum by DK Group marks an exciting new chapter and creates opportunities for closer collaboration between the businesses within the group.

Redi-lift Learning specialises in professional training, including forklift and warehouse training, while Momentum brings valuable experience as an employer partner.

By combining these strengths, we can create a pathway that connects training and development with real employment opportunities.

This collaboration allows us to work towards a shared goal: helping individuals gain practical skills, build confidence and take their next step towards a career.

 

The Four-week Warehouse and Forklift Programme

As part of the new collaboration, Redi-lift Learning and Momentum are working with the Job Centre to deliver a four-week training programme focused on warehouse skills and forklift training.

The programme has been designed to give participants practical knowledge and experience that can help prepare them for opportunities within the warehouse and logistics industry.

Throughout the four weeks, participants will develop:

  • Warehouse skills and Knowledge
  • Practical forklift skills
  • Confidence within a workplace environment
  • An understanding of working within the warehouse and logistics sector

 

By combining warehouse training with forklift training, participants can develop a range of practical skills that are valuable across a variety of roles.
